I have extensive experience working with humans of all kinds and love figuring out what makes people tick.

I began my filmmaking career in documentary, creating work with, and about, artists such as musician Nick Cave, satirist Barry Humphries and iconic NY street artist Keith Haring.

I’ve directed commercials for Apple, Mercedes Benz, Huggies, Kotex, Kleenex and Toyota. And created content for MTV, ABC and Lonely Planet TV.

My short films have screened at some of the world’s most noteworthy film festivals, including Berlin, Palm Springs, London and Series Mania, as well as on ABC.

Running through all my work is a sense of optimism, considered use of colour and genuine emotion.

I worked on the final season of beloved ABC series, Jack Irish, and I’m attached to direct several upcoming features, including the adaptation of Creative Differences by bestselling author Graeme Simsion (The Rosie Project).

I am a past winner of the Australian Writers Guild’s Insite Award for the feature screenplay, Petrova, and a two time finalist in the Maggie Diaz Photographic Prize.

For commercials, I am repped by AIRBAG, one of Australia’s most awarded TVC production companies.
